I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The staff is top notch in terms of service. All of our requests are always met. Hotel of smiles, friendliness and sincerity. Made me feel here as free as home, they were more like my friends than serious staff . They were very attentive and took care of us non-stop. I have stayed in other luxury hotels but the service quality here is worthy of 10 stars. Has real value for money. Everything around is extremely beautiful and interesting. It was like a maze and the alleys made me want to explore. I can even walk to the nearby beaches and shopping village of Nammos. I have stayed in the hotel for 2 days, still not enough to discover all the services and mysterious beauty somewhere in the hotel. I wish I had stayed longer than a few days. I was given a valuable surprise by the hotel. They suddenly raised the room for me in an unexpected position. I feel surprised and touched by this great gift. Even they are very psychological with us everything. When my daughter had dinner in the hotel restaurant. A baby is a picky eater and only eats well if some chefs cook good. I am very stressed to provide her food. But it's a pleasure because the restaurant is completely helping and cooking the food according to the request (not on the Menu). Amazing, i looked my daughter eat 1 piece of chicken breast and more than half a cup of rice. I am very surprised and happy. Because it has never eaten so much. A 13 month old baby. The chef here cooks very well, super top. I am Asian. but surprised by their culinary taste is very balanced and attractive. Made me feel like eating the flavors of home. They bring my favorite drink. They cared that my daughter was cold and offered to bring a warm silk blanket for my daughter. The dinner last surprise was that they gave my daughter a free meal. I try to offer to pay them more because they deserve to pay more. But they don't accept. The dinner was full of delicious and wonderful food.

I had the most amazing and incredible experience at Mykonos Grecotel. Maria and Isabella provided me an excellent and outstanding time from the moment I walked into the hotel. They went above and beyond for me and they had outstanding communication and social skills. The best I have experienced. Maria and Isabella had extensive knowledge on the tours, Greece and Mykonos town. They made my birthday very special and everyday I was in Mykonos they helped me plan it. Maria and Isabella made my time very exciting and phenomenal. They took time and patience to cater my trip. I am already planning my next trip to Grecotol. It was the best hotel I have stayed in my life. Eirini provided excellent and attentive service at the boutique section. She was always very friendly and had extensive knowledge on fashion with her excellent communication skills. Eirini, Isabella and Maria's level of attention to detail made my time very special. The restaurant food was incredible and delicious. I went there for dinner nearly every night and breakfast every morning. Food was served on time, it was very fresh and at a high standard. The staff Alexandros, Kostas, Kostantinos, Giannis, Ian and Stefanos made every meal outstanding and exquisite. Best staff at a restaurant I have met. The birthday cake I had was very special. I didn't want to even go to any other restaurant except Aegean Poets. Kostas helped me with any room issues and was very welcoming whenever I entered the hotel. Kostas the beach supervisor provided an excellent time down at the beach and it was one of the best beach experiences I have had. He kept the beach at a high standard and maintained it well.

The hotel offers excellent views and direct access to Psarou beach, which is family friendly. There are free beach beds available to guests, which are patrolled by staff to ensure equity to all guests. There are many steps to the beach so might be hard for senior citizens. Rooms are clean and scented twice daily by housekeeping which we loved with 4 kids. Breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. There is a public bus just outside the resort which can take you to Old Town, the windmills, Little Venice. Platis Gialos which has lots of restaurants and a great nightlife is a 15 minute walk downhill, or accessible by bus.

The quality of food, the attention to detail, the warm and attentive staff, and the location itself... Perfection! I would specifically like to mention that every member of staff, be it reception, restaurant/bar staff/management/beach staff or cleaning and maintenance staff that we came across had the most welcoming and helpful attitudes imaginable. I loved place , beach , our room and view . 10 minutes from down town by car . bus station near hotel , they also can order taxi for you or arrange private services . they are super super nice next to hotel a nice super market .. for sure I’ll choose this hotel next time I come
